Returning our products
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to Jeske Design (Sonja Jeske) within 14 days without giving any reason. You will then have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods .
Please note that the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following contracts, unless the parties have agreed otherwise:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalised products).

For returns without a tracking number and without insurance , we cannot provide a refund for transport damage or loss. We cannot accept returns that are not prepaid. Please understand that processing your return may take a little longer. We will endeavor to process the return as quickly as possible, but it will still take a few days.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item to the following address in good time:

Please return the goods in their original packaging and unused and enclose this completed form. Without this information, we cannot issue a refund. Please remember that returns generate costs and harm the environment. We will process and refund your return regardless of a new order. Unfortunately, offsetting is not possible.
